My Pricing Policies

I am a provider for United Healthcare and Cigna. Please note that health insurance will cover the cost of sessions depending on your policy. It is your responsibility to determine what benefits you have. As a courtesy I will verify insurance coverage after the first session.

If I am not a provider for your health insurance and you wish to be reimbursed through out of network benefits you would be responsible for payment at the time of services and would then have to submit a statement to your insurance company for reimbursement. Again, you would be responsible for determining your out of network benefits.  My office could provide a statement for reimbursement on a monthly basis.

There will be a charge of $50 for not cancelling within 24 hours. Please note that I do not testify in court nor do I provide reports or letters to the court.
